If at any point you change your mind or decide you want to do a traditional wedding, I’ve got a list of best vendors and venues. No stress.
If you’re looking for a breathtaking, private space in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, this place is stunning. With gorgeous wooden details, crystal clear creeks and evergreens, its a beautiful location to get married.
Here’s a review we found from a fellow photographer:
“Spence Cabin is the perfect wedding venue for those seeking peace, nature, and charm! It’s rustic yet romantic, and small, yet quaint. As a Smoky Mountain Permitted Photographer, it is among my favorite places in the National Park!”
A rich forest, green, lush and intimate. There’s a fireplace beside the river, which would make a beautiful centerpiece to saying your vows. It’s right next to Spence Cabin, so you can take photos in both spaces. It’s also close to Daisy Town, a place with beautiful cottages and greenery. The forest floor is covered in greens and moss. It’s the perfect frame for your wedding day which is why Elkmont is on the best places to elope in the Smoky Mountains.
Not only is there a breathtaking cabin & barn, there’s also a stream with a mini falls & foliage. It’s framed with beautiful evergreens and trees, and is a vibrant green throughout the year. Moss lines the paths, and it’s breathtaking.
I’m just shooting for a waterfall theme here. But honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places in the park. It’s so beautiful, with natural pools, waterfalls, and of course- lots of trees and overlooks.
The views get better and better as this list goes on.
Cade’s Cove is BREATHTAKING. Not only are there historical buildings, but there’s a scenic driving tour where you can pick a gorgeous spot and pledge your love to each other. Just know that it’s a single lane road, so you’ll just need to be careful and choose a spot where you can park safely and get out. There are also tons of gorgeous cabins, fields and pretty overlooking views.
If you’re wanting an immersive experience with rolling mountains and hills, this is the place to elope. There’s also an annual festival held at Roan Mountain State Park that is BEAUTIFUL. This is where all of those iconic smoky images are coming from.
I can’t describe the wooded paths, bridges over rushing streams and pretty overlooks enough. The hiking trails and colors in this thick, lush forest is breathtaking. I can’t wait to take you through it! If you’re looking for a location that is intimate and private, definitely consider the Greenbrier.
So there you have it. If you’re looking to elope, there’s the list of the best locations in the Smoky Mountains.
