Your wedding day will be here and gone before you know it! As a wedding photographer, my job is more than just taking pretty pictures, I help with a lot of behind the scene stuff too. Having two wedding photographers, helps ensure you’re covered from all angles. As your wedding photographer I vow to do everything in my power to make sure that every single moment is captured, so that these moments are memorialized for a lifetime. However, when there’s only one photographer, it gets a little tricky. There are times that you just need two wedding photographers. With a once in a life time experience like your dream wedding, you deserve to get every single memory captured and protected for generations to come.
As your wedding photographer, my job is to be present with the two of you and keep everyone on time. My job is to advocate for you, and your vision of your day. As you can only imagine, wedding days can become pretty chaotic quickly. I’m there to keep everyone on time, while capturing the pretty moments in between. Shooting a wedding is a lot for one person to do on their own, while being your best friend and cheerleader. Which is where we enter, *a second wedding photographer*.
Having two wedding photographers is incredible because it allows us both to breath a little easier knowing everything is taken care of. Let me break it all down and explain why this investment is worth every penny.
Things happen, and things will happen on your wedding day. I’ll do everything in my power as your wedding photographer to ensure that doesn’t happen. However, tech problems and injury are things that can happen and prevent your memories from being delivered to you. Having multiple people on your side on your wedding day capturing your memories, is my biggest recommendation to ensure your memories are safe.
Having two wedding photographers isn’t a vanity thing, it’s more than that. It’s an insurance policy on your for your memories. No matter what, it’s a great way to ensure you get your photos and it’s a huge relief for you both, and me!
You are walking up to your groom to tap him on the shoulder. He is about to see you for the first time, so of course you want me to capture his reaction. But don’t you want your reaction to be captured as well? Cue, two wedding photographers. By having both photographers there, your reactions and memories are captured forever. Allowing you to relive that moment forever. Those two reactions make up the story that is your first look!
There are so many moments on your wedding day that you will want to get a photos of both perspectives. So often as a bride you just think of everyone else. You want a picture of your dad seeing you for the first time in your wedding dress, a photo of your grandmother watching you say your vows, the list goes on! But at the end of the day, as a wedding photographer I can only be in one place at a time. Having a second shooter allows for multiple viewpoints and backup support when I need it!
I’m only one person, and as your Knoxville wedding photographer, my goal is to be there for you. I want to be the one keeping you on track, but also just spend time making your day incredible. Having two wedding photographers allows for all those detail shots, and more candid moments to be captured. Typically on a wedding day I run from one place to another to make sure I capture it all. When you have two wedding photographer you get more time with me while you are getting ready.
This is because my second shooter will be getting images of all your wedding details, the groomsmen getting ready and any other detail shot (I know you have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to your big day) you want! By having two wedding photographers you get to have me in two places at one time!
As a wedding photographer I am always looking around a snapping pictures. I never want to miss what could be the perfect photo! By having two wedding photographers you get even more opportunities for those candid pictures of yourself and your guests. Typically when I have a two wedding photographers, I will follow you around getting all the images of you and your sweetheart, while ensuring you two enjoy your day.
