Elegant Boho Inspired Louisiana wedding | Caitlin and Robert

 

Ironically, these two were going to elope back in my old stomping grounds, back in the Tetons, which I would have loved. But with everything that had happened this year, they decided to elope in the most elegant way with a Louisiana wedding. They got married in a historically beautiful building located in their small hometown. Louisiana is such a beautiful place and such a gorgeous treat! I was so excited to be apart of their big day. 

 

Elegance

We did their getting ready photos at this super classy and gorgeous hotel. I loved the art deco and old architecture that made the building super unique, and had such a vibe. It was so tender to see Caitlin surrounded by so many people who love her. It was the perfect place to get ready and celebrate a beautiful southern bride!

 

Bohemian Chic Inspired Wedding Day

One of the things that was super important to Caitlin was having a gorgeous boho Louisiana wedding. But, the venue was so far from that! We were able to work with an amazing wedding decorator who transformed the room into something absolutely breathtaking. With vintage furniture, a gorgeous archway, and some beautiful pompous grass. So many details went into it. My favorite detail from the day was the boho bar counter, it was completely stunning! All of these elements came together to make such a beautiful day.

The Perfect Day

This Louisiana Wedding day was so emotional! The first look with her dad brought out the tears, and the father-daughter love was definitely there. Then, a first touch and prayer with Robert was the perfect combination of a romantic and personal moment. And finally, when he saw her coming on the aisle it was absolutely beautiful! They spent the rest of the day spending time with their family, until we snuck off and took some photos in front of their beautiful Louisiana house.

 

Louisiana is absolutely breathtaking. Even after just barely overcoming a crazy hurricane, the town was nothing but gorgeous! It really was the perfect place to have an elegant and boho wedding! I can’t wait to see how you create the wedding of your dreams, let’s connect!
