Our Big Meeting

I love getting to know you! And I honestly think it is the most critical part of  my job, because my job is to capture YOU! You are the star of my show, so I want to cater to your needs and capture your day exactly how you envisioned it! However, that can be difficult if we don’t take time for each other and to communicate. So, let’s talk about our big meeting!

When and where?

Meeting up before you wedding day is going to be a blast! About a month before you get married I want to sit down over lunch with you and have a chat. Obviously we will be in contact before this, but this is a time that I can get to know you more and learn exactly what you expect from me.

Why meet?

Expectations are everything! And I wont know what they are unless we talk about it. I want to meet with you so that I can learn what you expect from me. What is the most important part of your day? I want to capture that! Are there any moments of the ceremony that are intimate or sacred, so you would want me to put the camera down? I will respect that! You let me know what it is you want so that I can make your day as special as I can!

Big Meeting Goals

This meeting is going to be great in every way! We will eat, joke, chat and talk about some of the most important parts of your wedding day! Here are some of the things that I want to accomplish during this meeting:

Schedule

I need to know what the day is going to look like. When will you be getting ready with your bridesmaids? When will you be walking down the aisle? When will you be tearing up the dance floor? I want to capture it all for you, so I kind of need to know!

We also want to schedule time in your wedding day for photos. Consider when you would want to take photos with your family, friends, and get a few more bridal shots in!

 

Your most important moments

Everyone is so different, and with that comes different wedding day needs. Before we meet up make a list of the most important moments, details and people that will be at your wedding. By having this I am able to capture what makes this day so special to you!

Ask questions!

In our big meeting you can ask me ANYTHING! Like seriously, bring on the questions! One of the best ways for you to feel comfortable, and for me to understand you, is by asking questions! When you do this I am able to put your heart at ease with answers. I am also able to better see things through your eyes, which will help me capture your wedding day exactly how you would want me to!

I can’t believe we are here! You are getting married in a month and I can’t wait to capture it all! I want this day to be perfect in every way for you. Let’s connect and talk about your wedding day!
