Congratulations on the engagement, and happy planning! Nashville elopements are some of my absolute favorites to be apart of and capture. Elopements have become more and more popular in the last year, and I’m loving it. After the year we’ve all had, it’s been so fun to see my couples push through and get their big moments. A lot of my brides didn’t think they would have a wedding because of the craziness of this year, but elopements save lives. Brides are able to get all the magical touches they want and get to enjoy their day!
Throughout the year I have gathered some of my favorite venues, locations, and overall Nashville elopement tips to make planning a breeze. This guide has everything from officiants, to makeup artists, and so much more. One thing I tell all of my brides, choose three things to focus on for your wedding. Trying to control everything is too much and can become overwhelming. But focusing on your top three non-negotiables especially during planning makes things a walk in the park.
One of my favorites, Narrows of the Harpeth. This beautiful river is only 20 minutes away from Nashville. Surrounded by towering trees, beautiful flowing waters, and total seclusion. A fun loving adventurous bride and groom’s perfect elopement location. Next up, West Meade Waterfall. What could feel more intimate and adventurous than saying I do at the base of beautiful rushing waterfall. I have no doubt this location will be the perfect environment for your treasured Nashville elopement.
Another beautiful spot, Cheekwood Botanical Garden. Cheekwood Gardens creates such a romantic and intimate feel. With its flowering buds and lush greenery growing all around, it looks straight from a movie. The breath taking grandeur and beauty of this garden is sure to help add a profound touch to your elopement. Next, Machine Falls another stunning location fit for a Nashville elopement. Surrounded by the intimacy of tall trees and fresh mountain air with water rushing down behind you, this waterfall creates the perfect backdrop to promise your love.
First up, St. Augustine Chapel. The antique wood and unique architecture creates a charming historic ambiance to add a romantic feel to your wedding ceremony. Not to mention the incredible staff here to bring such a powerful and inspirational spirit to your ceremony. Another excellent and beautiful option, Skinner Chapel in Nashville. This hands down is one of the most beautiful wedding chapels in Nashville. The unique architecture and vintage details create a romantic and timeless finishing touch to such a spiritual and treasured place.
Chance Dillon Weddings & Coaching is a great option for your Nashville elopement. Chance Dillon is committed to ensuring your ceremony is uniquely catered to meaningfully tell your love story. He meets with you to get to know you and understand every last wish and desire you have for your special day. Next, Reverend Edward Vaughan. Rev. Edward Vaughan is all about tailoring your ceremony to what matters most to you. His experience and loving personality will be the perfect finishing touch for your ceremony.
First, Katie Laine Thornton Makeup. Katie-Laine has been working in the wedding makeup industry for 16 years with the absolute goal of helping her brides feel amazing, confident, and comfortable. On top of it all she is the funnest and happiest person you will ever meet, which is perfect for any Nashville elopement. Next up, Emily Gray Makeup. Angela is a girl you can trust to help you feel your absolute best on your wedding day. Her ability to customize your makeup blends will create a stunning and natural look.
First up,Rosemary & Finch. Mary Love is a fun-loving, passionate lady with a love for people and flowers Her ability to capture your vision and bring it to life is absolutely outstanding. Secondly, Wild Flowers LLC. Husband and wife, Alessio and Jessi, are the perfect florist duo with unbelievable attention to detail (from the venue set up to the lighting)!
