This engagement session was so sweet for so many reasons! I absolutely love that they picked a location that was so personal to them. Seven Islands Birding Pond is actually where Jon proposed, and where they would be sealing the deal with their wedding ceremony in May.
But, it gets even better than that! This is also where their family members had been married and have gone to church every single Sunday for DECADES. Talk about carrying on a family tradition! I think it is seriously one of the most romantic stories ever because for them, Seven Islands Birding Pond symbolizes so much more than just their love for each other!
The property was absolutely breathtaking, right next to this gorgeous river with this beautiful bridge. The water underneath was so lively, yet calm. And the fact that the leaves where so golden made the fall vibes that much more perfect. We played music, danced and had so much fun being able to celebrate them and their upcoming wedding!
Engagement sessions are one of my favorite things! I love getting to know my couple, and building that relationship. Even though it is such a short amount of time, I feel like we become such great friends, which helps me serve you even better! I can’t wait for your engagement session, and to capture your love!
