My Knoxville Home

I just recently moved to Knoxville, Tennessee! And let me tell you, going from a small two-bedroom apartment to an actual house is awesome. The amount of room we have is amazing and I absolutely loved getting to make my mark on this space! This is how I decorated my house and what I did to make it feel like a home.

Gallery Wall

First off, I want to talk about my gallery wall. I’m so happy with the way that I was able to capture so many things that were important to me. The greenery, the old texture writing, the messages of hope and faith and peace, and of course all the floral prints! I try to keep it masculine  and neutral for Tanner with the greens and blacks, but still soft with the florals and scripts.

Living Room

Our Knoxville living room is everything I dreamed of! I love this big couch that we got off of Facebook marketplace. It is perfect for cuddling up and reading a book with my daughter, or having a movie night with friends! It was so fun and now has a million throw pillows on it.

Kitchen

Our kitchen has an open layout and I love that! I get to make dinner and still be able to watch Adelaide and interact with her. Because I can see everything she is playing with in the living room, or talk to her as she eats her snacks at the kitchen table I feel like I am so involved. I get to be productive and social at the same time, which is perfect for our lifestyle!

Master Bedroom

I’m obsessed with the way we decorated our master bedroom! I wanted it to be a relaxing retreat, but also to feel warm and inviting. I chose prints and decor that really spoke to me and made me feel at ease. Then we used burnt orange tones to add that warm feeling to it. The end result is perfect and super relaxing. So, after a long day photographing around Knoxville I have the perfect place to relax!

I love that I was able to create a space for our family. And I am loving everything about Knoxville! My neighbors are so much fun, downtown is gorgeous and I feel like I am in the best location ever for my business.
