These two totally have my heart, and were so rad! Their Meads Quarry engagement adventure was one for the books! We had so much fun exploring around Ijams and Meads Quarry and finding all kinds of cool spots for some incredibly intimate pictures. Would you believe me if I told you we got all these shots in ONE session? That’s the magic of an adventure session my friends. We get to explore all kinds of places and basically be best friends.

Megan and Joe’s relationship is the perfect example of a couple that totally needed an adventure engagement session. When we first met and starting talking possibilities of different locations for their session, Megan brought up exploring Ijams and Meads Quarry. My adventure-loving heart about stopped. I’ve shot there in the past – and fell in love. You know I was all for this one!

 

 

Forest

First we went exploring in the forest of Ijams and did a little exploring to kick off this adventure engagement. Megan and Joe are literally meant for each other and complement each other so dang well. He was such a gentleman the entire time making sure Megan was taken care of, and you guys, I just can’t! Shooting this Mead’s Quarry engagement adventure was so dreamy. The lush green that was literally all over made these pictures a storybook fairytale and I’m completely obsessed.

Mead’s Quarry Lake

Later we decided it was time to take this adventure engagement to the water, and Mead’s Quarry lake is breathtaking. They have paddle boats you can rent to get out on the lake and have a relaxing day date, or like these guys, you can just jump right in and have a blast!
